- Remove the magazine for a test first. If the water ball cannot be ejected, re-soak all the water ball in hot water for 2-3 hours to achieve the best effect of 7-8mm. The soaking water must be higher than the water ball.
- After soaking, reload the water ball and then do the pumping test. If the water ball can eject out normally, it proves that the gun is no problem.

Is the pattern on the gun a sticker? Is it easy to fall off?
No, it's not sticker, the pattern is printed and not easy to fade. And this pattern is our exclusive design.
Why didn't shoot when I pulled the trigger?
Make sure the battery is connected the right way , and soak the water balls properly(The best effect of 7-8mm).
How long does the battery last and how long does it take to fully charge?
The battery needs about 3 to 4 hours to fully charge, and the battery last over 30 mins if you keeps shooting all the time.
Can I use another brand of gel balls with this gun?
If use beads from another brand, it will affect the launch effect.
How old do I have to be to buy a gel ball blaster?

Does it hurt if getting shot by the gel ball?
It is a safe toy launcher that will not attack people or objects(glass) causing injury.
How far can it shoot?
Not allow short-range firing. The water-filled water balls can shoot 8+ gels per second, which can be within a distance of 15-20m.

How to soak the gel ball to the ideal size?
Soaking in warm water for 4 hours until the beads reach 7-8mm.
How to deal with the gel balls exposed to the air for a long time?
